SVCHOST.EXE Bandwidth Hog and a Temporary Solution
Here is the svchost.exe bandwidth issue happening on Windows 8 and 10 operating systems. Occasionally, this system service downloads a lot of data for some reason other than an update. Here is what I do to deal with it when it does that during a DOTA match!
